2025 sees the introduction of the RYA Wingsurf Instructor Course to the programme. This course has been created to prepare new and experienced instructors to introduce the new and exciting world of winging to a larger audience in a safe and progressive manner. The course will combine on water training and assessment of teaching skills, with shore based sessions covering teaching techniques and related theory topics.
Successful students will gain a Wingsurfing Instructor Certificate (2 day course)
Teaching within an RYA wingsfuring scheme is progressive - you can develop your skills by taking further courses.
It would be helpful to have RYA WingSurf Instructor Handbook HERE.
There is also an E-Book. Having access on your phone or tablet through the course would be ideal.
